Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Mirra – AI Photo Editor application operated by Antalya Software Ltd. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mirra, you confirm that you are at least 4 years of age (or have parental consent) and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

Antalya Software Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Sell, resell, or sublicense access to the app

3. Credits and In-App Purchases

Mirra uses a credit-based system for AI features. Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Unused credits do not expire.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of the photos you edit using Mirra. By submitting photos for AI processing, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process those images solely for the purpose of delivering the edited result to you. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mirra to:

  • Process images that contain illegal content
  • Create deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to overload or disrupt our servers or services

6. Intellectual Property

The Mirra app, including its design, branding, AI models, and all related content, is the property of Antalya Software Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mirra is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated results will meet your specific expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antalya Software Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or unsatisfactory AI results.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Mirra at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the app ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
